Q. Can I change the color of a lens?

A. Yes, but you cannot change the color of the LED.

Q. Are magnetic mounted mini light bars meant to be used while driving down the road?

A. No

Q. Do you ship oversees and to PO Boxes?

A. We ship within the continental US only. 

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Q. What about Special Order Items?

A. Lens Kits — Because lenses are custom ordered, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please take all precautions when ordering lenses (measure twice and order once).
Special Order Items — Items that are special ordered or custom built or configured are not returnable.
Lightbars — Because lightbars are custom built, they are not returnable

Q. What is the return, credit or exchange policy?

A. If you have any problem with your order, please call (617) 947-9717 or email us. Please include or have your order number handy, so we can help you faster.
All returns/exchanges must be within 14 days of receipt. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee less shipping and handling. Exchanges are not charged any fees. Any refused delivery will be handled as a return.

We will repair or replace any product or part which proves to be defective in workmanship or material.
Please make sure all original packaging, tags, labels etc., are included and intact. If you are missing tags, please contact us prior to return.
Restocking Fee of 20% of item may be applied at the discretion of the company.

Q. What if I need to cancel an order?

A. ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
We understand that from time to time and order may need to be cancelled. Please contact us during normal business hours and we will be happy to process the request. Once received, we will process your request and respond within 24 hours with a cancellation confirmation email at which time a refund will be issued. Your order is not considered canceled until you receive the cancellation confirmation email. Please note that certain SPECIAL ORDER items cannot be cancelled for any reason. Once these items are in production at the manufacturer we do not have the ability to cancel them and therefore cannot issue a credit for the items.
